A year in craft
While picking out pictures to put in this reflective mosaic I can’t help but notice that I spend 99% of my creative juices on my business. While it’s fantastic that I have this opportunity, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world, I do realize once again that in 2008 I’d like to work even harder at bringing this creativity into my personal life more.
Having said that, I couldn’t be happier where this year in craft has taken me in my business. It’s been a year of great revelation, and of things going in a direction that I hadn’t thought it would go at the start of 2007. It was a direction that helped me define my style, and purpose, and path, which has brought me to a place today that makes me feel so much more confident and directed while carving our my little spot in the world of designing.
Knowing this and how much I’ve learned in the process I am very excited to see what this year has to offer!
