From your local first grader

Nolan came home from school with this list today, and when I asked him what it was he grabbed it from me and read it with such authority and fervor I knew I had grab the camera to share it with the world.

If only he practices what he preaches.

Off to see the Pirates!

Tomorrow I will be in Greenville, NC for Piratefest, selling my loot. I have done this show once before but halfway into it, the show got torn to shreads by the weirdest, shortest 10 minute hurricane-like storm I have ever seen. Thankfully at the time my booth neighbor had been receiving updates about the coming mayhem from her husband and we knew enough to pack up our booth before the show announced the storm. Unfortunately many vendors were not as lucky and got caught in the mayhem.

Up until that point the show had been good, so I am excited about coming back and seeing what it will be like on a nice calm 70 degree day with not a cloud in sight.

If you are near, come visit and say hi arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
